Ncedisa is a seasoned marketing and communications specialist with more than 20 years’ experience, with 10 years’ experience in the public sector.
During her tenure at GCIS as Director- Marketing, Advertising and Distribution she served in the Monitoring and Steering Committee of the Transformation of the Marketing, Advertising and Communications Sector in South Africa, and as a guest lecturer for two consecutive years on the Certificate Programme on Marketing Communications for Government Communicators, which was managed by the Wits Business School. She is a social entrepreneur who is an advocate for systemic social change for lasting impact.
She has worked for The loveLife Trust, an HIV/Aids Youth Leadership Organisation as a Public Affairs Executive Manager responsible for promoting and building relations between government, parliament, political parties, sector specific Civil Society organisations for advocacy purposes and other government agencies operating in the Youth Sector.
She founded Les Cinq Business Solutions, a marketing communication consultancy in 2007 working with a range of clients from the public sector and the private sector. Her passion for young people led her to also establish the Epoch Foundation, a social enterprise whose main purpose is to build sustainable, empowered cohesive communities in South Africa through promotion of active citizenry- focusing on Youth as the catalyst. The organisation’s vision is the realisation of active South African citizens collectively contributing towards an excelling cohesive society that has a competitive edge on the global stage.
She hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Fort Hare University, a Diploma in Advertising from the AAA School of Advertising, a Project Management Programme from the University of Pretoria and a Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from the Wits Business School
